O2 300 free texts - PROBLEMS

Hi

I've just put £10 credit on to my O2 sim card & my 300 free texts have disappeared.
I top it up every 5th of the month with no probs, now no free texts.

I've also discovered my friends are having the same problem......

Anyone else having probs with this?

I had a problem, sent O2 an email and they compensated me for it

Also, do you know the number for checking your texts balance? I forgot it and it is not well publicised.

Thanks! There used to be another number (2202?) which just told you the calls/messaging balance.

Thanks - I figured that bit out!

Like I say, there was another number that did it - I never realised you could get it from the top-up number just the "bolt-ons balance" number.
