hello my son recently had his mobile stolen ,i have contacted the airtime supplier to have the sim barred as we were getting texts from it,i reported it to the police who gave us a crime number , the phone was £180 and insurance was £60 ,the insurance want to know the crime number and the imei number ,i do not know this…

Daughter has a contract phone. And for the past few days she has been receiving texts asking her to access a pop site. She has just deleted these messages. Should i be worried and are these the texts that cost a fortune. Should i ring 02 tomorrow and get a up-date of the ammount of her bill. Or am i worrying about nothing.

Mobile Bluetooth problem. Any ideas?
New Sony s700i, does everything ok except connect via Bluetooth. Other Bluetooth phone can find and send stuff to it, but the Sony can't find or send stuff itself. Seems to be a one way street. Used to Pay Monthly years ago and thought they were crap as you got no minutes etc per month. Currently on Virgin PAYG but spending about £15 pm on calls (no texts) and am looking for a new phone.
