Mobile phone boosters ???
I have relatives abroad who complain about their mobile reception problems. Having noticed these boosters on ebay, I wondered if anyone has any experience of them, they look like a cheap swizz, are they any good?
Or is there any other type of booster you'd recommend.

Dont waste your money (even if they are about 49 pence each lol) these are a gimmick. If you want to really boost the signal the best thing is to try changing handsets, Motorola generally raegarded to have the best signal power or something like a Nokia 6210 or 6310i also very well regarded for excellent signal strength. There is a company that make indoor antenna/signal boosters which may be worth a look, their website is
