unrestricted 1MB broadband £16/month, quick

Euro1net , a relatively new broadband provider(2 yrs as on their website) is providing 512 K broadband for a 2 yr package price of £383.76 and are upgrading it to 1MB for the first 1000 customers(comes to about £16/month). Check this link below.
https://www.euro1net.com/cgi-bin/home.cgi
If it was true, then it is the cheapest 1MB service at the moment. If it wasn't, then it is relatively cheap getting a 512K for that price.
Just make sure that the upgrade message is still displayed on the website. And store that webpage just in case(the Euro1net office is closed for Christmas and will open only on Jan 4th. So can't call them up, to confirm details)
Be warned that technical support is via premium rate phone call if you don't take a technical support contract which is £5 for the first month only or £39/yr. There is e-mail tech support as well.

When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.
Giddy up old fella cos the moon is yellow tonight,
Giddy up old fella cos the moon is mellow and bright,
There’s a coyote crying at the moon above,
Carry me back to the one I love,
And you old faithful pal of mine.

That sounds like a very good deal to me! I have just one question, If I was to go for the 2 year contract, does that mean I would have NO connection/modem/or anything else cost? and is it sensible to sign up for so long? :-/
any advice for a newbie to broadband would be gratefully received.
P.S. I only use the internet for surfing emailing etc. so if anyone knows of a better/cheaper deal please let me know.  Thank you

On second thoughts, signing up for a 2 yrs contract is not sensible. If service is poor, then cant get out of it. https://www.demon.net are giving a Home 500 connection(500k broadband) for £20/month with a year's contract. They provide the modem, free connection and a 0870 tech support. They are a reputed company and have a good track record.
