Hi all, Hoping for some advice here. I've never previously bothered with Life Insurance. Thus far it's just been me for the most part looking after myself. However, I'm getting married later this year, and children will no doubt follow shortly after (9months after the Wedding if the other half gets her way!!). She earns…

Anyone had success claiming back insurance payments? I've just noticed I've two home and contents policies covering my house from the same bloody company! I'm guessing it's been since our mortgage change a year or two ago as one has interested parties as our old mortgage company and the other one our current.

Early Payment Warning - Policy Expert Home Insurance
Just a bit of a warning for people who have Policy Expert Home Insurance and I am not sure whether other insurers are now doing this. Any insurers allow keeping policy after passing test?
Just helping my daughter renew her insurance on her car on her provisional licence. The cheapest policies through comparison sites (even with me as named driver) warn that they will be cancelled as soon as she passes her test - with a far from generous pro rata refund. Does anyone have experience of good insurers who allow…

But, I’m worried they’ll take the item from me (it’s from my dad so don’t want to lose it) or be charged a fortune above what they gave me for it. Any…
