Can we not put a stop to automatic renewal !!!
I am sick to death of having to cancel renewals every year due to AUTOMATIC RENEWALS it is infuriating and time consuming and a complete pain when it is overlooked (due to a house move in the meantime !!) and I then have to spend weeks chasing up to get MY MONEY refunded, why should we have to cancel seems entirely WRONG…
