Endsleigh Car Insurance Problem

Hi, I accidently reversed my car into my neighbours garage. They unfortunate are away for several months. I have fully comprenshive car insurance. I rang endsleigh and they said the neighbours have to pay for the repair and then endsleigh would reimburse them. I said this was unfair and they could not afford to pay upfront. So they told me to ring their legal division. But they always say they are bust and never call me back. What should I do?

Endsleigh have given you correct advice.

It's up to the third party to pursue a claim for damage
  • Thank you.

The complication is that my neighbours are away fro two months - so their garage will be unsecure and expose the contents to the elements - I really want to get is sorted before they come back - I want to be a good neighbour

If you can't contact them or their representative to put in a claim, then maybe you can get someone local to do emergency boarding up (or store their contents in your garage)
