Car Insurance Renewal and moving home

Help! our car insurance renewal is up on 24 June and we will be moving house within the first 2 weeks of July. To renew with our current insurer is around £50 more than if we switched but I know that once we move, our insurance will increase. I dont know what to do, is it possible whoever we go with/stick with that if I tell them of the change of address and move date at the point of renewal or taking out new policy that we wont be charged heavy admin fees?

Any help, advice or experiences would be much appreciated
