Hi guys I have a very small kitchen , I want to convert the dinning room into a kitchen and use the old kitchen as a utility room. I am not sure what I need to do. Who do I hire first? do I need planning permission from the council?? Thanks in advance

Fridge packed in
My under counter fridge has stopped working, I have taken it out and cut the wire where it connected into the fridge, theres still lots of length left. I plan to get a new fridge today... are they easy to hook up? If so, what do I do? Is it much like wiring up a plug?

Rat Problem
I found I had a rat in the house which is now solved. Dispite the fact I yesterday bought two new rat traps the rat died by means of fridge door. I heard it inside an old fridge when I opened the door it fell to the bottom trying to escape I slammed the door closed very quickly hence a very flat and very dead rat.
