Removing spout from Lamona Hi-Tech monobloc tap

Hi
My Lamona tap TAP3407 is leaking from the bottom of the spout where is swivels. I looked up and it's almost certainly the o rings that need changing.
Ordered spares online but can't for the life of me remove the spout to change them. Seems to be catching on the last o ring.
There are no grub screws or Alan keys etc holding it. I've downloaded a PDF which says it simply pulls up but it won't. I've used a lot of force but it won't budge.
Hoping someone else has had this issue and figured out the solution?
Thanks

Try turning it 90° to one side & lift.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

Thanks. Tried every 90 degree position and no joy.0

I think you need to remove the collar, looking at a picture of the tap. This video isn't the Lamona but same type

Hi did you manage to resolve this as I have exactly the same issue and I cannot remove the spout for love or money!?
Thanks0 -
Have you tried 5 or 7 o'clock position?0

Yes - have pretty much tried everything. There’s no grub screw so that’s out. It won’t just pull out and I’ve tried every placement to see if there is a lock position 0

You need to remove the collar. Use a pipe wrench or mole grips to do this. You'll need to protect the collar - I cover my tools in electrical tape but you could use a strip of rubber or similar wrapped round the collar. Once the collar is off, the stem can then be lifted out.0

The OP was made in 2017 and the most recent follow up in Nov 19. I suspect the OP will have resolved the problem one way or another by now.
