Why are two upstairs rooms not getting heated? :(
Does anyone here know anything about underfloor heating? It's in the house I bought 2 years ago, and the last couple of weeks I've noticed that my bedroom and en suite are both not getting any heat, irrespective of what level I put the thermostat on (individual thermostats for each room). I'm not sure if they've had heat…

Where to buy dining table and chairs?
Hi. I'm after a 6ft dining table with 6 chairs, preferably wooden table and padded seats on the chairs. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm in Manchester. I don't mind buying from a chain store but I'm not sure of the value of doing so. Thanks in advance.

Hi all. In my house there is a fused spur wallplate that doesn't connect to any appliance attached to the landing wall. Apparently it used to power the previous owner's stairlift. Constant very low-level whining noise in house
I've recently noticed VERY low-level noise in my house and am wondering what the cause of it is in order to stop it. It is a bit of a "whine" is the best way to describe it and I think is what I would call a "modern era noise" (ie obviously from some sort of modern technology or other). If there's anything else at all…
