radiator not warming up

Hello,
One of the radiators does not warm up and i am not sure why.
Seems to be the only radiator that has 2 lockshield valves and no thermostatic valve like every other radiator in the house. Tried turning the valves a bit, didn't see any difference.
House is relatively new, 7 years old.
Any other ideas before i call a plumber?

Does it get warm at all?
Have you vented any air til water comes out?
Have you checked both valves are open?0 -
they look like this
It has been bled.
No it doesnt warm up at all0 -
Has it ever worked?
You have to take the white cap off that type of valve and use a spanner to open/close it0 -
I cant say if it has ever worked. Definitely hasnt worked in the 6 months we have been in here.
I have turned both valves, to the point it started dripping, but still doesn't get warm. Even the dripping water is cold.0 -
It shouldnt drip
Maybe its time to get someone in to have a look0 -
Remove the screws and white caps of both valves. Use a pair of grips and open both valves fully.
Try venting all the radiators to make sure there is no air in any radiators.
Turn off all the other thermostatic radiator valves so the only radiator on is the one that's not working. The pump should then push the heat through.
Once the heat is through you can turn the other rads back on. Leave the flow valve fully open (the end that gets hot first) and you may need to close the other end (return) down a little bit.0
