Rental deposit
I rented a property through Your Move 3 yrs ago. After 11 months or so the house got repossessed and we were forced to move out by the agents acting for the receivers. It was all very amicable and they even provided us with the deposit on our new rental property and the agents fees. We were recently contacted by the new…

Awkward Viewing Stories
I'm hopefully at the end of the tediousness of the house viewing phase of house buying and about to embark on the stressful street of mortgage applications tomorrow. I thought I'd try to lighten the mood by hearing of your awkward viewing stories, whether you were the buyer or vendor. I recently viewed a home with the…

Cost for delay of returning keys
A quick question - I'm fairly sure of the answer, but want to double check. A tenant's lease is up on Monday 3rd March. They move out Saturday 1st and let LL know they are ready to hand keys back (He knew they were going. Was informed in December and has brought several prospective tenants for viewings). LL doesn't answer…

Buying a Linden Home-Think twice!
We have just experienced first hand quite how cut throat LH are which has now left us out of pocket and furious. In a nut shell on the morning of day…
