Has anyone heard of them or uses them. I am a bit sceptical as I have never heard of them but the saving is quite high. Any…

I've been approached by Utilitywise to search and set up energy accounts for the community centre that I am treasurer for. Has anyone used these? If so, do they charge? And are they worthwhile? I'm quite happy to find the best deal myself but they seem quite insistent.

Warrant for disconnection or prepayment meter gas
I recently received a letter addressed to my landlord by name "or the occupier". As the occupier I signed for it and opened it. It was from BCW Group (acting on behalf of Scottish Power) announcing a date that they will be applying to the magistrates court for a warrant to enter the property and either disconnect the gas…

Scottish Power driving me mad!
Hello, Just looking for a bit of advice from someone that may have been in a similar situation. My mum switched to SP in Jan 15. They were due to come out and fit a prepayment meter. She feels better with this because she doesn't get much money and control it this way. Between Jan15 and Oct15 SP failed to show up to fit…

OVO and EDF
Basically, I changed from EDF to OVO. OVO sent EDF electric and gas meter readings, which were overestimated. The electric readings were grossly overestimated. EDF will only change the final bill if OVO send them the real readings that I sent them. OVO refuses to update EDF with the real readings. It will not work out over…

Gas Meter Reading
Just moved into a new house and the gas meter viewing panel is cloudyour so you can't read the numbers. But they will replace the whole meter for a cost to myself of £89! I'm arguing that…

Switch from Economy 7 to Gas
Hi there, Has anyone recently switched from E7 to gas? I'm trying to get an idea of how much this would cost for a small 2 bed flat. Even a very rough idea would be helpful. I'm currently unemployed but have enough savings to buy a very small, run down flat. I'm living with family at the moment. My idea was to slowly do up…
