what to expect now from EE

Options
Hi
i finally had email today from scottish power to say they have taken over our G&E from extra energy as of 21/3. i cancelled my DD with EE as they were taking £169 every month without telling me to pay for arrears i was unaware of. According to my online account with them now i owe £89 but that is not my final bill. Will they send my final bill in the post or do i keep checking online? i know these are a bunch of monkeys but i would rather them send a letter confirming final bill.
Love my DMP left to pay £0/ £10162.51

You will / may get a final incorrectly calculated bill in about 6 - 8 - 12 months time. Have you calculated the bills yourself to find out how your account actually stands ? If in debt then fine - an interest free loan for a year.
  • I haven't calculated myself as their prices are not overly clear and their website is a pile of rubbish. I will look forward to expecting that at some point in the future then i am definitely in debt with them i think which is defiantly preferable to the mowing me money from what i have read elsewhere :(
