People on a fixed tariff complaining
Sorry if this has been said but I feel the need to get it off my chest. You see them on tv, they escaped the 15% rise last time but when the prices drop they complain even though they are still getting the cheaper prices than those on flexible. These people are un-be-li-va-ble

Storage Heater costs
I'm looking for some advice. A flat which I am interested in within Stirling has electric storage heaters. To me that seems very…

I got a refund and then a bill.
In October I handed my flat over to agent to rent out. I did not take meter readings at the time as the flat could have been vacant for a while and fridge and freezer were left running. Because I had over £200 credit with Eon and if my usage stays the same until the DD review in April I would still have over £200 credit I sent an email asking Eon if they would refund it. I've just had a phone call from a nice Eon person telling me I will have the money in my bank in a few days.:j:j:j:j:j
