    Hi new2012,

The Warm Assist tariff won't be affected by the decrease as this tariff didn't have the increase in February or September 2011.

    Helena,

Would the Price Protection April 2014 come down? The terms say 'We will reduce your prices if we reduce our standard prices below the standard prices applicable at the time you signed up for your Price Protection plan. The extent of your price reduction will be determined by us.'

I signed up in June 2011.

    Thanks
  • Am I right in thinking that Age UK Price Protection April 2013 will benefit from price reduction as it was a capped rate.

I am so sorry for the delay in getting back to you all, we have been busy :o

For the Price Protection April 2014 tariff, some customers will see the decrease and some won't, this will depend on the region that you are in. We will be able to let you know if you will see the decrease if you contact us with your details.

    Hi devon scouse,

It's the same answer for this tariff as well, it will depend on the region that you live in whether you will see the decrease or not.

Again sorry for the delay and give us a call for specific information regarding your own tariffs.

    Hi G51shopaholic,

Best bet is to give us a call and go through the tariffs that would be best for you. Also pop your usage on to a comparison site and see how we stack up.

I'm in same situation ... do the prices quoted on your website reflect the reductions yet - or if not when will they? Given that we're in a timeframe when all the suppliers have announced reductions but when most of these reductions do not take effect for another few days/weeks then its not always obvious whether comparison sites are quoting on the current prices or the ones that will be in place next month!

    Thanks
