EON Economy 18
I am hoping E.ON Company Representative Malc is listening out as we need saving!!! Just (well OK a month ago - that's how long we have been bashing on with this) bought a flat in Suffolk and the previous owner signed up with another electricity provider whereupon the heating and hot water supply was cut off. The flat has…

I am thinking of moving from npower (Sign Online 19) to eon (SaveOnline 9). The npower contract says if I leave before 30th September 2011 then I will incur an early exit fee. I am keen to move ASAP, because my npower reduced price ends on 15th October 2011. Question is, if I sign up today to eon will I incur the fee, or…

Extortionate
A friend of mine who rents her house is charged £150 EVERY MONTH by her landlord for her electricty. She has to pay by prepayment card. Why all the marketing gimmicks?
Why dont the utilities offer a simple to understand tariff, such as a fixed 10p per unit for gas and electricity? I find it unnecessary to have tariffs selling x-units at x-pence then x-units at y-pence plus fixed costs plus cash-back if you do this or dont do that plus bonus points if you stay for a fixed length of time…

Seems to much
I have just received my bill from Eon for the past quarter and it is saying that I have used £305 of electric using 1883kwh:eek:. My usual amount is around £165 using 818 kwh per quarter. This seems wrong to me as I am really careful making sure that all appliances etc are switched off when not in use. My energy tracker…

Can I arrange a good tarrif in anticipation mine ending in March 2003
Id like to plan ahead and fix up a good deal in anticipation of more price hikes next year. I secured a good deal with Eon at the beginning of this year( dual fuel ) which finishes in March 2003. How can I get a deal now, to start in March 2003 and continue there after without hitting a massive hike in price? Any thoughts…

Got home Wednesday to find a large hole outside my house, this I do not have a problem with as its on the public highway, what I do have a problem with is that they have also opened up a large hole in a private access road that is nothing to do…

Electricity seems to be disappearing!
