change of supplier without signed consent
EON cold called via telephone and convinced my wife to change to them, with some offer or other! My issue is, that the utility account is in my name, and I have not signed anything to say I agree to the change. She did not tell me until it was too late and I have had to stay with EON for 6 weeks or so. Which is bad for me…

Comparison Sites & EoN ?
A week or so ago I started "shopping" :rotfl::rotfl:around as my current deal wuth Eon is coming to an end. Used at least 2 of the comparison sites Energy helpline and Uswitch included. Didn't touch Eon directly. I then received a call purporting to be from Eon who said that, as I was comparing, was there anything they…

Dispute With Ex Flatmate
Hi, I hope I am being as clear as possible here when outlining my problem. I moved into a flat in August 2010 and myself and flatmate both signed the lease so both of us were responsible for the property. The Gas and Electricity with Scottish Power had both of our names on it but he assumed responsibility as 'payer' of the…

EDF have ended my Online S@ver Version 6!
Just got a letter this morning telling me that EDF are withdrawing my tariff and switching me to their Standard one. No prizes for guessing that the standard one is about 30% dearer.
