EDF saver 8&9 tariffs
I was all set to change the OS8 with EDF and noticed that they now have OS9. THe only difference I can see between them is that 7 expires in March 12 and 9 expires in June 12. I have a friend who has moved into a rented property. The landlord has stated that she can only buy electricity cards from him and she will use about £30 to £40 a week to heat and cook, it's a 3 room flat! Can the landlord do this and how can she check she is not being ripped off??

Pre-payment meter advice please
We are currently having our Gas and electricity supplied to us by Scottish Power, to our pre-payment meters.....the problem is that the charges seem to be getting more and more expensive :-( Can anyone advise me on who would be a cheaper supplier, while still keeping our pre-payment meters ??
