As the title says I'm having problems reading my bill online. I click the little icon and it opens a blank page. Is this a EDF energy online issue or do I need to alter some settings in IE8?
Credit card and overdraft at 18. 2 loans and 3 storecards at 20. University education flushed down the toilet through debt at 22. Car finance at 23. Car repossessed at 24. Rock bottom at 25. Learnt my lesson 26-33. Now 34 with a mortgage on an affordable house, a car paid for with cash and a bank account in credit. I learnt the hard way.

Oh how we would all benefit from an EDf rep on the website. One answer might save the same question being answered over and over again on their Call Centres. Not that the call centre is likely to know unless they are briefed about the question.
It would also make EDf look good in the process.;)
Sorry can't help you with this one.:(0 -

Dear Mr XXXXX,

Thank you for your e-mail dated 13 December 2010.
I apologise for the inconvenience this might be causing. Our online service has been undergoing updates so it has been experiencing down time, however if you call us on 0800 096 9000 we will be able to setup your account at our end and provide the details.
Kind regards,

Last month they gave me an online account for my electricity and I got into it once. Just the once. I asked for my gas account to be put there too and since then I can't get back into it. The password and PIN they sent don't work any more.
I thought it was funny that there's a link to hit if you can't remember your password and pin so I hit it and it asks for the account number which I scrabbled round to find, put it in and up comes a page saying "if you've forgotten your password or pin please phone". ROFL. What a waste of time. I haven't phoned, I couldn't face it so I've emailed but don't expect a hasty response.0 -
Gotta be said that EDF Online aint a patch on Scottish Power Online.

Don't think so. Same problem using Firefox.
All the problems are at EDF's abacus computer system!0 -
I cant get into their online system at all at the moment. I havent recieved the new 12 digit code they are apparently sending everyone and the old system doesnt work at all for me.
Their system is a bit of a joke to be honest.0 -
I cannot solve your problem as I have encountered it on two other computers. However the problem is an IE one so I've got around it by downloading another browser (eg Mozilla Firefox) and the problem does not arise with that. Hope this helps.0

Assuming you are using Adobe Reader as your PDF plugin, hover your mouse near the bottom of the page and a context menu should appear.0
