Should I switch from eon online extra saver 5
Am I correct in thinking that the comparison sites do not take into account the massive 20.7% discount i receive for managing online and paying by direct debit. Yes they show the discount in the tariff details, but not in the comparison table. So in effect they are comparing my current tariff before i receive my discounts.…

Watch out for NPower
Switched Gas suppliers in April 08 and phoned in May to fix price. Recently got a letter informing me that the price had gone up! Loads of calls later and still not resolved, NPower are refusing to fix the price on the plan that I signed up to in April on the internet. Got proof that they verbally agreed to the fix in May,…

Gas cost question
My parents are pensioners with British Gas. I suggested to mom that she phone them and ask about the new social tariff. She was told that as she's capped, she couldn't switch to the social tariff. Is this right, as it seems wrong to me, she must be paying more than she has to?
