as if by magic, staywarms letter arrived today, informing me about the 15% reduction in two stages, but I noticed the wording was something like "to be able to use as much gas and electricity as you like etc". Which surprised me because people had suggested that if you use too much, you are penalised.

New elec/gas account,NOT switching
