i am with scottish power have been for 2 years now. I pay about £50 a month DD on no standing charge account dual fuel with them. not sure of my usuage. who would you recommend

I would recommend finding out your usage as that is the only way of doing an accurate comparison, then using a site such as energyhelpline to compare providers.0

I'd have a look through energyhelpline, and then remeber to use quidco to change and get yourself some money back.A man never needs to ask for directions, we always get to where we intended to go, and at exactly the time expected. :T0

if you dont know your usage and you want to just quote comparative direct debits you would need to know the gas and elec divide for example is it 25/25 or 30/20 and then put that through a comparison site with cashback. This advice is flawed and its always best to go on useage however you will at least get an idea of potential savings. Why not apply to scot power volume 3 tariff if you are happy with them0
