Ebay advice
I bought a jacket which says it is extremely warm and turns out to be a summer weight jacket. I thought it would be a quilted lining but it turns out to be a nylon single layer jacket. The postage was charged at £3.95 but only cost £2.20 to post. What stars would be appropriate.

Hiya all after some help. I sold a DSi on eBay. Buyer has said its faulty and not working. It was working when it left here, as I did try it out to make sure. How do I deal with this matter? Never had a issue in 6 years of eBay using so do not how to manage. Many Thanks in advance x

How do I avoid getting stars? (DSR)
I'm an infrequent ebayer. I don't particularly want to get those DSR stars that sellers have, I just want to sell the odd thing here and there without having to worry about keeping up ratings.
