SNAD Seller Ignoring Me

I posted earlier this week about a toy I purchased that was SNAD. I contacted the seller early yesterday advising them of the problem and asking for a return address etc and as I type this I have had no response.
I'm planning to give the seller until the weekend then open a dispute with ebay or paypal - could anyone give me any pointers on how to do this as I have never had any problems before.
Thanks for reading.

Open a SNAD dispute with eBay now. That may focus the seller to be a little more responsive.0

I'd say leave it another day then open a dispute in paypal (dont let it guide you back to ebay), if still no response after a couple of days then change the dispute to a claim. If you do it with eBay then you have to wait approx 8 days before you can upgrade to a claim and then approx another 8-10 days for it to close if no response from the seller. Paypal is generally quicker.S.P.C member 1662 - target £3000

It is an SNAD, either way the OP will have to return the item by a trackable method. I understood eBay to be the quicker option for this.0
