Help with dealing with a refund request?

Hiya all after some help.
I sold a DSi on eBay. Buyer has said its faulty and not working. It was working when it left here, as I did try it out to make sure.
How do I deal with this matter? Never had a issue in 6 years of eBay using so do not how to manage.
Many Thanks in advance

  • Best to ask them to return it for a refund. eBay nearly always side with the buyer in cases like this.

Did you keep a note of the serial number?

    I've been Money Tipped!
Have they said what the fault is?

If they opens SNAD they will get to return it and you will be forced to refund. They must return by trackable means to be covered. It's up to you wether to pay for return postage but you must return original postage plus purchase price

So would suggest asking them to return it . sorry, the beauty of being an eBay seller
