Lift seller limits code

Hi, opened an ebay account and requested a higher selling limit, ebay sent me a code to enter but cannot see where to enter this?? Have been on the selling page and can't seem to work out where to input this code. Help please

Is this by letter? What does that say if it is?

I have just tried this on a new account. Apparently they send a letter and then you have to follow the instructions on that. Not received my letter yet.
