Hi All
I would be grateful for some advice I have recieved an item that was not as described in the listing. I have messaged the seller and she has asked me to return the item. I do not have a problem with this but as I have never had to return an item before not quite sure of the process. I know I have to send it back tracked but how do I double check the sellers address she has put a sticker on the box do I just use that? Also do I have to do anything through ebay such as the return an item screen? Sorry to sound like a numpty but this is my first and last attempt at ebay (husband does it all the time with no problem)
Thanks for all your help
