Being chased for payment after refund!!!

Hi All
Hoping you good people can give me your opinions on a situation that has occurred.
Right, here goes!
OH bought a work related item on his ebay business account at the beginning of Oct.
Item marked as dispatched the following day
After 10 days still not arrived, so we contacted the seller who said the item had been dispatched 3 days earlier ( despite being marked as dispatched the day after purchase!)
They asked us to wait til the end of the following week, which we did.
After another email to the seller, we opened a case with ebay.
We were then refunded. All fine, or so we thought......
Fast forward to today, and lo & behold we have received an invoice (in the post) from the seller's company!!( Just to say the item never did arrive!!)
I have emailed them but have as yet not received a reply
It all seems strange that this has happened 3 days after I left a neg feedback ( which I do NOT do very often - 3x in the last 7 years! )
My question basically is this : Do I inform ebay ?
Sorry about the lengthy post, but thought you needed the background
Many thanks in advance!!:)

you were refunded fair and square.....seller can't do anything about that and can't request any money.

Ignore! If they want to waste the cost of a stamp sending an invoice, that's their choice!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
