Will I have to wait for TRS status?

I have now completed enough transactions and done enough turnover to qualify as a Power Seller at the next assessment.

I also meet the requirements to become a Top Rated Seller with the exception of being a Power Seller of course.

On the eBay website it says the TRS assessment takes place on the 20th of the month but I can't find the date for Power Seller status to be looked at. Is it the same?

If so can I become a Power Seller and a TRS in the same month or do I have to be a Power Seller for a month first?

I am pretty sure when i was a trs last year it was a case of getting one first to qualify for the other! Pain in the rear end but hey ho.

I'm pretty sure that we got the PS status and it was then the following month that we got the TRS.

UPDATE:

Well a month has passed and it's the 20th again... 10.00 am in the morning - no sign of Power Seller or Top Rated Seller status as yet.


By midnight I should be able to answer the question about achieving both in the same month. It would be a great Christmas present!

It may be past midnight. Someone is asking in PS and someone else has replied they waited once until mid day on 21st.

Once I qualified for PS status I emailed ebay to ask why it hadnt happened and they said normally you wait for the review schedule but that they had looked and done it for me.

Well the answer is ....

Got Power Seller status at around 8.00pm and Top Rated Seller at 11pm.
So you can get both in the same month :-)
