I am being declined for basic bank accounts. What checks do the do on you so i can try and workout what the problem is? my credit rating is pants but i thought that didnt matter with these accounts?

Utility Account reporting on Credit File?
Hi I am hoping someone will be able to answer my query. I have noticed on my credit report that my British Gas account is shown. This is the only one of my utility accounts that is shown and I am just curious why my electricity supplier, water and phone supplier are not showing as well. Any ideas?
