nothing at all on experian

Hello,
I've just signed up to Experian and Equifax for view my credit score. Equifax was good, no problems. But from Experian I got a score of 716 - poor! What I don't understand is that I went through all of the info that they have on and it turns out that they have none. No credit agreements, no bank accounts, nothing. The only thing they list as negative is not being on the electoral register (this is wrong and I'll contact them about it). Is there anything that can be done to improve a credit rating that's based on no account info?
Thanks in advance!

I think you could get in touch and ask them to put your account info on?Debt Free and Proud!0

You might find once your electoral roll info appears that some of your credit accounts will as well.
You could just be very 'unlucky' in that all the accounts you have happen to be with people who only report to equifax - though this would be unusual.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Sounds to me like the Experian report you're looking at is incomplete, perhaps because of an address formatting issue or because it wasn't produced using all of your addresses. If you get in touch with our help desk they'll be able to check this for you.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll wait and see what happens with the electoral register.
