Is this company Upfront

Hi
I have a major problem and I did a search for government advise on debt and got in touch with a company called:
GW Financial Solutions
5th Floor, St Christopher House, Wellington road, Stockport, SK2 6ND


Has anyone got information on this company and whether it is one to use. They say that they will calculate an amount that will be used to spread the payment to the creditors but leave me with enough to pay my outgoings and leave some spare to live, they take I think 10% of the amount monthly for their fee.


I could do with some advise as to who I should be speaking to I don't want IVA or even think about bankruptcy so looking at the government aids to be able to clear my debts.


Any help really appreciated

Hi Wolverine X well done you on looking for help and wanting to clear the debts.
I really recommend you don't use any debt company. There are a number of great charities (CCCS, CAP, PAYPLAN etc) who will do the same thing for you and do not charge any fee. This means your all your money goes on clearing the debt and you finish paying a lot quicker.
There is a good list of these charities in a sticky post at the top of this forum - definitely investigate these before signing up with a company. A lot of people on here have had good experiences with these and can recommend them.

The debt hcarityies offer the same service but do not charge fees, so all your money goes to pay off your debts.
