I was in an IVA for 3 and a half years and then i lost my contract and then i was unable to pay the iva,our ip failed the iva and i have looked at the insolvency register and i am not on there. I am in debt to about 35000 and i am paying 10 pound a month to the creditors would it best for me get back into an iva now i have another job or would it be best to go bankrupt.:cool:

    I'm not sure about this - have you contacted a debt charity such as CAB to ask their advice?
