should councils let bailiff collect unpaid council tax for those on is/jsa etc ?
Should councils automatically pass unpaid council tax arrears etc to bailiffs even though they can deduct £2.90 at source from a tax payers benefit ? just wandering to many cases are about where this is happening.

distress warrant
i would like to know what people think of this thought i had. If a bailiff executes a distress warrant etc. then in the likely event of it being executed incorrectly would it not make sense to sue them for distress its self ?
