Can data provider refuse to answer a CRA query?
As per the title. I queried Experian in regards and old Lending Stream ("LS") account which I believe has the wrong Default date. It should drop off on 03/2020, however, Experian has it as 11/2020. I hope anyone can understand how frustrating it may be to have negative stuff longer than necessary on your credit files. Data…

It is the only ccj on my file, the only other negative is a default which is due to fall off towards the end of the year. Thanks
