Hi guys just a quick question.
I have a ccj on my credit file. I cleared the debt in April this year.
As I understand it the ccj stays on my credit file for 6 years. My question is, does the 6 years run from the date the ccj is issued or from the date the debt was paid in full. (I was in a payment plan for about 18 month)

The CCJ will be automatically removed from your credit files, six years from the date of the judgement.
