Credit Card Refund and Direct Debit
My statement balance due was £250 and I got a refund of £2250 so I phoned Nationwide to get the £2250 paid into my bank account. I was told that I would only get £2000 paid into my bank account and there would be no direct debit taken that month. Is this correct as I need the direct debit to be taken from my bank account…
