Hi, I have a ccj outstanding and due to being on benefits I have never paid as I dont earn enough and have no assets. I have received inheritance will I have to declare my ccj and clear my debts.thanks

Yes my creditor, I have not received my inheritance as yet, so sorry i should of said will the solicitor do this or do I?0

The solicitor won't inform anyone, unless the terms of you getting your inheritance is to declare your debts to be paid off. The creditor won't be told, unless you tell them.
However if/when you have the money why would you not want to pay your debts and be debt free? Whilst the CCJ is there it can always be enforced if you are not paying.0
