Balance Transfer Help!

I’m trying to transfer 75% from my MBNA cc balance to my Nationwide cc as I have 18 months at 0% but for some reason the transaction can’t be processed. I have contacted both MBNA & Nationwide and neither can tell me why this can’t be done, saying it should be able to be transferred. My Nationwide limit is £2750 and I want to transfer £1638 so within the limit. I also transferred £140 from my cc I use and pay off monthly to see if that would work and it went through fine. I have also tried splitting the MBNA payment thinking for some reason it didn’t like it as it was a large amount but it still couldn’t process it. Please can anyone offer any advice?

Have you asked nationwide to do it over the phone, I've done two transfers in the last month to nationwide all gone through the next working day.1
