MBNA credit cars and Barclaycard
Had letter this morning Barclaycard offering the full amount plus interest, total sum made up £20 and £12 charges. MBNA have said, they consider their their charges fair, all £12 so "go away" basically. How come one lot pays up, the other doesn't and can anyone tell me how they have succeeded with MBNA please?

I called barclaycard up today to cancel my accounts with them as I use my egg card all the time. They asked me a couple of questions then said that I am a good customer and for my loyalty they would credit my account with £25 if I kept the account open....tried it with mbna but only spoke to a computer.
