How long for credit card to respond on CCA request?

I wrote to my credit card using one of the template letters on here as I purchased some bathroom fixtures on my card that haven't been delivered and the local branch of the shop have closed. Other branches are still open but they do not respond to either emails, letters or phonecalls. I wrote nearly a month ago asking for a response within 14 days. They rung me after nearly that time saying they were looking into it and I haven't heard anything since. I could do with the money or the items as I want to refit my bathroom. How long should I wait before recontacting them?

They've rung me today to say they've managed to get the bathroom company to agree they still have my goods (paid in full) and will be sorting out delivery tomorrow. Very pleased. Thanks to all on here who have provided section 75 advice.
