We have had occasion to make a claim for breach of contract for a flying lesson which did not happen, as the firm went bust on Monday.
We have never made a charge back claim on a CC.
After 5 mins on this site, I downloaded the terrific advice given about making a charge back on the CC company using the Section 75 legislation.
This advice was very simple to follow and understand. The advice given by MSE saved me hours of work.
It is good to have sites like MSE for a novice to understand the law and the rights you have.
