Myself and a few others in the office use Credit Expert to keep track of our credit files.
A few of have noticed that accounts are missing from the "Account Information" box - anyone else having this issue?

Has anyone moved recently? If you inform lenders of your new address, sometimes this can cause accounts to disappear from the account information box.0

i am having a few issues with them
i recently moved and they are having difficulties inputing my new address into my profile and this has led to account information disappearing
mind you some bad stuff has also disappeared
so not all bad news

No, it is irrelevant. They will show up through credit checks unfortunately! It just disappear from report because of the new address registered to that account.0

Just wait until the annual electoral roll register with your new address start updating on 1st December.... provided you have informed the council of your new address.0
