Think i just messed up
I transferred £1500 from my HSBC card to my Nationwide credit card. Leaving my HSBC at £0, and my Nationwide at £1500. I thought it was interest free on balance transfers on the Nationwide card, but in my haste i mis-read its 0% on Purchases. At least i will be paying less interest. But As a student I do believe my credit…

£20,000 on credit cards?
I require £20,000 to serve as an income for at least a year to help set up a business. It seems the best option is to use credit cards as they are most flexible and offer 0% interest on balance transfers for up to year after which minimum monthly payment could be quite manageable. Has anyone borrowed this much amount of…

monthly to annual interest rate conversion
My maths stinks. Simple as that. But I'm pretty sure that converting a monthly interest rate (as shown on my credit card statements) into an annual one for easier comparison (AER?) is not as simple as just multiplying it by 12 — compound interest being what it is, and all. Does anyone have a formula to convert monthly…

Insurance for purchases
My existing credit card, which gives air miles, has withdrawn insurance cover for purchases made with the card. Can anyone recommend a card that continues to offer cover. I pay my card off every month and so am not concerned with low or zero interest rates. It would be nice to earn some kind of reward however. Thank you.

Does having fraud commited on my card count against my credit score...
Hi, My apologies if this has been answered elsewhere on the board but I couldn't find the answer to this by searching.
