Insurance for purchases

My existing credit card, which gives air miles, has withdrawn insurance cover for purchases made with the card. Can anyone recommend a card that continues to offer cover.
I pay my card off every month and so am not concerned with low or zero interest rates. It would be nice to earn some kind of reward however.
