I've had a application sent through 'offering' me the chance to apply for a Vanquis Card (http://www.vanquis.co.uk/home/home.aspx?ref=GO_AT&affid=vanquis,card), with one of the cards having an enviable rate of '39.9% APR or 49.9% APR variable on purchases'!!!!
Has anyone else had such a fine opportunity to get into serious debt offered to them?!
