How to deal with a fraud team at my bank?
Hi there, On one beautiful Sunday about 2 months ago I woke with my phone being off. I went to a repair shop and while I was waiting for them to fix it, I decided to buy a coffee. At that moment I found out that I couldn't pay for coffee due to insufficient funds on my bank account. When I got home to my laptop, I found…

Pay at the Pump pending money
Hello everyone, I would appreciate any information about who is responsible for this situation? The shop blames my bank, my bank blames Visa, and Visa's website says retailers have up to 72 hours to release pending money after the transaction completes. Transferring significant sums of money between family
Our mother intends to transfer a significant amount of money (significant to us) from her ISA to myself and my sibling. In a sense, giving us part of our inheritance now. The sum to each would likely be in the region of £30-40k. Is requesting to do this likely to set alarm bells ringing from the banks perspective? Is the…
