NatWest reward account. £4 rewards for direct debits not showing

The two required direct debits were paid out of each of my two NatWest current accounts on 1st December, but the two £4 rewards are not showing as yet on my Rewards Account.

The equivalent £4 for my RBS current account was showing on my RBS Reward account two days ago.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue with NatWest?

i have the premier reward account and i don't get the DD reward until the 12th of the month.  i get the mobile app log on the 1st.  i will check this on the 12th.  i don't tend to check the credits and rely on the bank to do it correctly.

I haven't received either for December, but then I hadn't expected that I would have. My RBS ones seem to get credited each 12th or next working day. The Natwest ones usually appear on the 23rd or next working day, but once or twice they also appeared on the 12th or thereabouts. One was on the 19th. Seems quite random but I have received the £4 on both accounts once every month without fail.

Until now, my login and DD rewards have always appeared on the date they are made. My DDs are on the 1st of the month and I make sure that I log in on the 1st of every month.

My £1 for login appeared on 2nd Dec, dated 1st Dec. I would have expected the same for the DD payments.

My DDs are also on the 1st, in both, RBS and Natwest. 

I also use the apps on the first of a month, and again on the second, to check the interest for the regular savers has arrived. Can't remember now when exactly the £1s for the logging in get credited, but they have arrived without fail each month, too.

I also haven't received the £4 I was expecting for the two DDs yet this month  - so far just the £1 for logging in - the DDs come out on 1st day of month and the £4 normally credits to the reward account the same day. So it's not just you @RG2015

Mine has just shown up today for the Direct Debits, dated 01 December.

I am a newbie to the RBS/Natwest Reward accounts. I have noticed the
£1 rewards arriving ASAP while the dd rewards are taking longer.

The DD reward of £4 should appear within one working day of the second DD being paid.

Are you receiving the NatWest email  with subject'.... here are your latest offers'. It has available rewards, pending, and lifetime rewards earned. 

Email arrived in my inbox on 3 December. It only has the app use reward of £1 as pending. I checked rewards through app yesterday and both app use reward and DD rewards are showing (my DD's were paid out on 01 December) . Wonder if the email is sent out on 3rd of each month for everyone. Perhaps it dosen't show the rewards for the DD because it's sent out too close to the DD being paid out. 

RBS email also arrived on 03 December, but that email tells me £4 has been earned for the DD's being paid out. Those two DD's were also paid out on 01 December. I check rewards through app yesterday and £4 + £1 (for using app) has been added.
